PETER G. SCHMIDT
As a senior member of corporate America, Peter has over 40 year's experience in leadership positions with various manufacturing and consulting firms in both North and South America and Europe. His pragmatic approach to business growth in new markets has guided the board and senior management over the past decade. As well as Chairman and CEO of Bariston Inc., a privately held investment company, he is an active member of both the World President's Organization and the Intercontinental Chapter of the Young President's Organization whilst being involved in economic, cultural and social programs.
DR. ANANTH SESHAN
Ananth is responsible for the vision, strategy and business growth of the company and its affiliates (UK and India). He has more than a couple of decades’ experience of introducing cost effective automation to very large manufacturing enterprises in order to improve their quality, productivity and/or efficiencies. As an entrepreneur for the last couple of decades, he has mainly focussed on innovation of production and maintenance management practices in manufacturing (and utilities) via software and digital automation. As a founder of the group, he is on the board of all of the 5G group companies.
Chief Strategy Officer
Dennis brings over three decades of experience in corporate strategy, operations efficiency, strategic partnering, IP development, governance and finance. His particular areas of interest are manufacturing, environmental and financial sectors. Dennis is on the board of several companies and also works with the University of Toronto on commercialization strategies. Prior to that, Dennis spent 24 years in the financial services industry holding senior executive positions at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank.
GUILLERMO A. GRIMM

Mr. Guillermo Grimm is a veteran businessman, based in Mexico city, who has a sterling track record of running businesses both in the private and public sectors. For a good majority of his career, he has held senior positions with large international firms, including Procter & Gamble and Nortel. He was invited by President de la Madrid to join his cabinet as Undersecretary of State for Tourism. As Undersecretary, he was charged with the responsibility of promoting Mexico to the world of tourism, a post he held for the entire term of office of President de la Madrid (six years). He fulfilled this mandate by actively being involved in the development of Mexico's highly successful integrally planned resort areas (Cancun, Ixtapa, Los Cabos and Huatulco). Mr. Grimm currently serves in the board of several international and Mexican companies. Mr. Grimm has a Business degree from UIA (Universidad Ibero Americana) in Mexico City, Mexico.

He has been the main architect of the company’s flagship product, Enterprise Gateway, and has been responsible for the entire management of its life cycle. As the Director of Product Engineering Excellence, Badri manages a bright and energetic talent pool of designers, programmers and quality control engineers.
